These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with users and others who interact with Connecting Us All. By using or accessing Connecting Us All, you agree to these statements, terms and conditions.

The primary objective of Connecting Us All is to operate within our vision while remaining in 100% compliance with all laws worldwide. Because of the nature of our organization we believe in 100% transparency and invite any governing body or law enforcement official for open communication regarding any aspect of our site or organizational processes. Privacy Statement:

Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy is designed to allow people to share and be responsible for the information they are allowing others to see. We understand that you may not want everyone in the world to have the information you share on Connecting Us All; that is why we give you control over the information you share. Our default privacy settings limit the information displayed in your profile.

Connecting Us All follows several core principles:

Allow like-minded people to connect and share information with one another to benefit the common good and well-being of its members.
You control the information, photos, status updates, interests, groups and cycles you get to share with people. In addition you chose who to connect with and what areas of the site you choose participate in.
You should have access to the information others choose to share with you. This should be easy and have the privacy tools to support this process.

When you visit Connecting Us All you provide two types of information: Personal Information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us; also our website uses information collected by us as you interact with our site.

When you register with Connecting Us All, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, gender and other personal information, as requested.

When you enter Connecting Us All, we collect your browser type, ip address and additional web tracking information. This information is gathered for all visitors to Connecting Us All. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Content.

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on Connecting Us All is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and should be reported to info@connectingusall.org

If you choose to accept our invitation and contact upload services to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. We will send your friend an email or instant message in your name inviting him or her to visit the site, and may send up to two reminders to them. Connecting Us All stores this information to send invitations and reminders, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, to allow you to see invitations you have sent, and to track the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us through info@connectingusall.org to request that we remove this information from our database.

Connecting Us All does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under the age of 18 years old, please do not attempt to register for Connecting Us All without asking permission from your parents and having them monitor your access to this site. If you feel someone under the age is accessing Connecting Us All without consent and parental monitoring, please contact us at info@connectingusall.org.

When you register for Connecting Us All, you create your own profile and privacy settings. Your profile information, as well as your name, email and photo, are displayed to people in the networks specified in your privacy settings to enable you to connect with people on Connecting Us All. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by Connecting Us All that we think you may find valuable.

Profile information you submit to Connecting Us All will be available to users of Connecting Us All who belong to at least one of the networks you allow to access the information through your privacy settings (e.g., cycles, groups, school, geography, friends of friends). Your name, network names, and profile picture thumbnail will be available in search results across the network and those limited pieces of information may be made available to third party search engines. This is primarily so your friends can find you and send a friend request. However, people who see your name in searches will not be able to access your profile information unless they have a relationship to you (friend, friend of friend, member of your networks, etc.) that allows such access based on your privacy settings.

Connecting Us All may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. For instance, if a friend sends you a new message, or someone posts a message for you, you may receive an email alerting you to that fact. Generally, you may opt out of such emails, though Connecting Us All reserves the right to send you notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.

Connecting Us All may use information in your profile, without identifying you as an individual, to third parties. We do this for purposes such as aggregating how many people in a network like a piece of information and personalizing advertisements and promotions so that we can provide you Connecting Us All. We believe this benefits you. You can know more about the world around you and, where there are advertisements, they're more likely to be interesting to you. For example, if you put a favorite movie in your profile, we might serve you an advertisement highlighting a screening of a similar one in your town.

We may use information about you that we collect from other sources including, but not limited to, newspapers and Internet sources such as blogs and instant messaging services. Our network architecture and your privacy settings allow you to make informed choices about who has access to your information. We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in limited circumstances where we believe such sharing is 1) reasonably necessary to offer the service, 2) legally required or, 3) permitted by you. When you use Connecting Us All, certain information you post or share with third parties (e.g., a friend or someone in your network), such as personal information, comments, messages, photos, videos, Marketplace listings or other information, may be shared with other users in accordance with the privacy settings you select. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information in your profile or when posting comments, messages, photos, videos, Marketplace listings or other items, this information may become publicly available.

Connecting Us All may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Connecting Us All.

Advertisements that appear on Connecting Us All are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. Connecting Us All provides a membership service to access areas of our website. Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:

If you did not access any of the features of the membership during the course of the membership cycle.
If you do not have a history of requesting refunds after utilizing the site's membership features.
If you have registered for an event or function of Connecting Us All, no refunds will be issued if we have removed seating from availability.

When you make payments through Connecting Us All, you agree to these Payment Terms:

Making Purchases:
- When you confirm a transaction on Connecting Us All, you agree to be bound by and pay for that transaction.
- Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, which you are responsible for paying.

Payment Sources:
We want to make payments convenient, so we allow you to make payments using a number of different payment sources, like credit cards and debit cards.
- When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. You also authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information.
- When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction.
- If you pay by credit or debit card we may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount up to the amount of the purchase. We will bill your card at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completion, that pre-approval may result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available.

Disputes and Reversals:
- If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against us related to payments unless you submit the claim to us within 30 days after the charge.
- You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted.
- If you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased we have no liability for such goods or services. Our only involvement with regard to such transaction is as a payment agent.
- We may intervene in disputes between users concerning payments but have no obligation to do so.
- Your only remedy for a technical failure or interruption of service is to request that your transaction be completed at a later time.
Notices and Amendments to these Payments Terms:
- We may provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address or street address that you previously provided to us. Website and email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent; notices by mail shall be considered received within three business days of the time sent.

- The Payment Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction.

- With the involvement of a parent or guardian. You should review these Payment Terms with a parent or guardian to make sure that you both understand them.
- "Us," "we," "our," "claim" and "Connecting Us All" mean the same as they do in the Terms & Conditions.
- Some countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through Connecting Us All. Nothing in these Payments Terms should be read to override or circumvent any such foreign laws.

Disputes

You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions to Connecting Us All exclusively in a state or federal court located in Colorado Springs, CO. The laws of the State of Colorado will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado Springs, CO for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on Connecting Us All, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

WE ARE PROVIDING CONNECTING US ALL "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CONNECTING US ALL WILL BE SAFE OR SECURE. CONNECTING US ALL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTING US ALL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTING US ALL WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, CONNECTING US ALL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
We strive to create a global community with consistent standards for everyone, but we also strive to respect local laws. The following provisions apply to users outside the United States:
You consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
If you are located in a country embargoed by the United States, or are on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals you will not engage in commercial activities on Connecting Us All (such as advertising or payments) or operate a platform application or website.

Definitions

By "data" we mean content and information that third parties can retrieve from Connecting Us All or provide to Connecting Us All through platform.
By "post" we mean post on Connecting Us All or otherwise make available to us (such as by using an application).
By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
By "active registered user" we mean a user who has logged into Connecting Us All at least once in the previous 90 days.
By "application" we mean any application or website (including Connect sites) that uses or accesses our platform, as well as anything else that receives data.

This Statement makes up the entire agreement between the parties regarding Connecting Us All, and supersedes any prior agreements.

If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions, it will not be considered a waiver.
Any amendment to or waiver of this Statement must be made in writing and signed by us.
You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Statement to anyone else without our consent.
All of our rights and obligations under this Statement are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
Nothing in this Statement shall prevent us from complying with the law.
This Statement does not confer any third party beneficiary rights.
